Due to this bug https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite/issues/1702 in etherpad, the timeslider in pads isn't currently functional (all of our etherpads are authenticated).

Upgrading to latest etherpad master fixed this mostly; thought here's still a "delayed start" that annoys.
