Bing Maps still branded VirtualEarth #68

Microsoft rebranded VirtualEarth to Bing Maps, code and strings still refer to old name.

Thanks, I've incorporated this change. I think given that the unerlying tech is still all branded VirtualEarth, there isn't a strong reason right now to make the backwards incompatible change of renaming the class parts, so I've stuck to what you suggested here -- just renaming the text string on the label and the docs.
