are #@#. and #@# the correct forms? but shouldnt it be #@#. and #@## while #@# just refers to a tag by that logic?
alphabetic sorting has no real use and there is a reason why bloackhead doesnt do it. the newest rules should not be mixed with old rules
@elypter I don't understand these filters, 99% of the time the CSS position: fixed
is what I am overriding. Are you saying that using these filters overrides 'sticky' behavior in these instances? Caveat: I haven't tested any of these (don't have the time today) but please advise. Thanks
Also, just FYI for @WowDude and @elypter, when reporting filters to use they don't need to be alphabetical to report to me, but I would sort them alphabetically (have a pretty automated process to do this) when I would merge the filters into the 'Web Annoyances Ultralist' because I prefer to keep the list alphabetical (at least for now) because it helps me with manual management of the list.
you are right. thats an error. no idea how that happened. maybe i lost a change some time in the past. it should be static or relative. im fixing this.
the exceptions are floating elements that contain whitelisted keywords that the userscript identified as not to pin down to the page like side menus. the intention is that they override more generic filters.
i dont understand the syntax so, for ### the exception is #@# for ##. the exception is #@#. but what is the exception for ## it cant be #@# because it is already the exception for ### which should be #@## i chose what looked the most logical which is replace the second # with an @ for all cases but that seems to be wrong. it isnt adding an @ after the second # either so to me it doesnt make sense. until it isnt clear how the system works i dont see a point in modifying anything.
no i didnt check it. this is just what the script collected. i rather let it collect something than nothing. this can be easily fixed with search/replace
they are based on heuristics ands might be redundant, break sites or be malformed. so they have to be checked.
