Hi there, not sure if this PR is substantial enough, but I thought I'd contribute some of my own filters

BTW, I also have some filters that block ads on websites - however, these are ads for products offered by the same site, so I'm not sure if I should submit them to a general-purpose filtering list. Should I add them here?

ex. www.gv.com.sg###ad-container - This is an ad for movies showing at a cinema chain www.geeksforgeeks.org##.inArticleAds - This is for paid courses offered by a learning site

It seems as if this project isn't actively maintained anymore. Maybe we should fork?
