Refactor menus to use resource files #13

This is a straightforward refactoring to use resource files for menus. The only functional change is that the "Show Errors" option now has a checkbox in the menu instead of toggling between "Show Errors" / "Hide Errors".

Just wanted to get this change in prior to adding an option for Scratch text entry in the PlayActivity.
