No Joseph or Sheffer puzzles in July 2013?

Yes, me too - 3.2.6 on Android 4.1.2 on a Samsung Galaxy Note II.

The debug package from Shortyz reads thus from my phone:

The download URLs for Joseph, Sheffer, and Premier Crosswords changed recently. 
 You can get these puzzles (and more) using my new app Words With Crosses 
(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adamrosenfield.wordswithcross
es&hl=en), which I forked from Shortyz, since Robert Cooper no longer seems to 
be supporting it.

Actually, that's great, Adam, thanks. I figured it must be something like that. 
If I could access the URLs in Shortyz I'd change them myself -- and maybe I 
can, I just haven't dug down that deep into the guts of the app's files. I'll 
give Words With Crosses a go.

Fixing this in the code is pretty easy. In KFSDownloader.java, in the 
constructor, simply change the first "super()" call to:

super("http://puzzles.kingdigital.com/javacontent/clues/" + shortName + "/", 
DOWNLOAD_DIR, fullName);
