Crash when API requests file extension before page has been loaded #645

I suspect either Blocks or PlusKit is requesting page info and this is rippling to stacks. Stacks throws an exception here.

I think the easiest thing to do in this case is simply to return bogus info.

Hopefully fixed by PlusKit update too.
