looks like i forgot to wrap the nsviewcontrollers in the new dev panel. oops.

i will be SO GLAD when we can drop 10.9 and RW6 -- really starting to be a drag on other features.

probably should have moved to RW7 + macOS 10.10 in 3.5 -- will definitely move forward in Stacks 4

fixed in beta 2 and Stacks 3.5.2
