library icon/info not flushing cache after a stack update #758

in specific, version info is sticking to old version.

some (perhaps most) updates don't trigger the file-diff. the equality tester is ignoring too much.

for the time being, i've re-inserted the post-update item refresh.

the item removal and re-addition still the same as prior versions, but i've postponed the library refresh until the full-stop call.

the isEqual should be improved in either case, but i'll postpone that since it doesn't seem critical after this workaround.
