I think that Stacks 4 should bring templates back to the forefront but this time make them more flexible. I am envisioning something between a current template and a partial.

A user could add a template to the page and just like a partial, they have limited access on what to add/change to that template.
When a user double clicks on a template, they can then have access to all of the stacks used in that template and adjust any of their values.
Templates are each scoped so you could have many on the page and they could all have different settings.
A template could be made a part of a partial.
Templates need to be shippable
Templates need to be easy to create.

My reasoning for this is that its what users are really liking about some other design tools out there.

Blocs.app is essentially this (minus the ability to customize the template settings).

Recently, Froala Design Blocks has gained a lot of attention as well... https://www.froala.com/design-blocks
