Could you provide more information? First: if you turn a device off using Apple Home, does the device turn off (the real device, not the one on your screen)? Second: what is the device type of the devices that don’t work? You can find this number in the homebridge logs (it’s the number behind your device name).
It seems like the current status is not synced to the KAKU cloud (can’t do anything about this, the ICS-2000 should do that). Maybe it’s something temporary (once I rebooted my router and the ICS-2000 didn’t sync with KAKU cloud). You could try rebooting your router and / or ICS-2000.
Yes, the plug-in shows only info during initialising. The plug-in shows something like “loaded device from cache: [device name]: [device type, this is an integer]”. Could you please specify this integer?
Both Router and ics-2000 was rebooted many times. This problem not starts yesterday. BTW On my previous homebridge instance on raspberry first plugin installation works without issues. After reinstall on raspberry and then on mac later something went wrong
Device type is 1
@childledj sorry for late reply, but is this issue solved or still happening? If solved, please close the issue. If not, maybe try change device data for device type 1 using the config.

I thing it solved. I have no notice any issues again
Sometimes couple (not all) of my kaku devices shows it’s status (in Home app) as “on” when it actually “off”. I turn it off and after few minutes or on next app launch turned-off device is “on” again. Plugin was reinstalled, device cache was cleared but with no effect
