Support LRC-20s + Transfers #198

Currently LRC-20s like HODL are simply listed within ordinals section as text ordinals. I propose they get their own tab, which can then lead to dedicated transfer functions for splitting/merging.

Here are a number of @jdh7190 LRC20 functions that could be implemented into panda.
