Fix i18n.yml for de-AT #39

Thanks for the PR. According to de-AT.yml of rails-i18n, this seems to be correct.

@Weishaupt, can you have a look at this?

I'm not a native Austrian. Looks like Feber vs Februar depends on the actual location in Austria and written vs. spoken language. I'm fine updating it to Februar.

Thanks for the link. It says "Februar" is used in a date and Austrian calendars, so this would be more appropriate.
