多条主从明细型报表，设置重复报头重复报尾分页打印数据错乱 #556

遇到的问题描述：

1、多条主从明细型报表列表在设置了重复表头，重复表尾，固定9行分页，选择打印时，生成数据显示都是正常的，但点击打印及数据导出成EXCEL的时候，由于加入了重复表头、重复表尾以及按9行分页时，数据都有错位情况。 2、经排查是由于主从明细报表设置了重复表头及重复表尾导致。 3、如需要实现从条主从明细报表，并且需要设置重复表头及重复表尾，是否有好的解决方案，谢谢。

我为什么分页设置一直不成功，还有在哪里设置重复表头，重复表尾，我的问题在https://github.com/youseries/ureport/issues/563，能帮忙看看吗
