MAC OS encoding button Click causes crash #99

hi my OS = macOS Catalina 10.15.1 Meld = 3.19.2.osx6

Click on the encoding section below the comparison window, Meld is crash.

open Meld -> Click File comparison -> Click Blank comparison button -> Click on the encoding section -> Meld is crash.

sorry 3.21.0.osx1 is OK
