Move the patched version of yappsrt.py into third_party, replacing the unmodified version #15

Looking at the "files changed" view confuses the diffs. To both maintain history and have a "pristine checkin" of the yapps2 code, I had to split this PR into 2 commits: (1) remove the unmodified file and (2) move the patch version in.
