Just thought about this und really like the idea. If you agree we should include this:
Add a slider (or setting or similar) to sandbox mode that controls face mask distribution.
A certain percentage of smileys randomly gets masks and those with masks have (once they are infected) less probability of infecting others.
Thus, the user can see that wearing mask can reduce the speed of the spread.
