Removed SimulationController.cs since it is identical to and made obsolete by InfectionControl.cs
Set NPC's Start() method to use the base class's Rigidbody reference
Fixed a bug in CreatePopulation.cs where LevelSettings could not be found when the Level scene was started directly from the editor, without the main menu. Did this by implementing a static getter for the LevelSettings object, making it an always-available singleton.
I cleaned up our scene and scripts a little:
