Sliders settings should be kept after restart #65

When restarting the game the settings of the sliders should remain in the position that i had for the current level.

While playing i keep thinking: "Hey that was a good round, let's increase social distancing a bit. Dang, i forgot the exact settings." If after restart the slider would show me that i had 60% social distancing and 70 People, i would instead think: "Oh, cool, now i can set 70% social distancing and see the effect. What a great game, i want to play it the whole day long! The devs are really awesome people."

Maybe this will be made obsolete by #61

If we have a sandbox mode, we should keep the slider settings for the end screen
