Merge #93 first.

Count also those indirectly infected or killed by player

added an attribute in the human base class, wasInfectedByPlayer
if this is true and the human infects another one, it is counted as if the player himself had infected that human
this also automatically works for those killed or indirectly killed since the list of killed is compared to the list of infected by player
