Allow adjusting audio gain and converting clips to m4a before processing

Clips already automatically export as m4a after being split (note: the m4a format isn't actually an audio codec and it simply wraps the AAC codec in a container). Audio gain normalization feature is WIP.

Ok clips are originally in ogg format
