Added Fusion's notifications (with permission)

Can use custom icons too. Your custom icon has to be 336x336
Added AssetLoader methods
Easier to load an assetbundle, and get the persistent asset of something from that bundle
Easier to load a generic embedded resource
Added IsLoading helper method
Can check if the player is in a loading screen or not
