incorrect colouring #101

My git repo has only .txt files in it, and they are coloured orange in gource.

however one file has a maori macron in the name, and it gets colour blue, 
despite being a .txt file.

It looks like git log (and various other commands) escape the filename and put 
it in double quotes if it contains non-ascii (?) characters. So Ngāti-Toa.txt 
becomes "Ng\304\201ti-Toa.txt". Gource is including the last double quote in 
the file extension when hashing it to get the colour.

I think I need to either change the git log command or un-escape the filenames 
and remove the double quotes.

I've fixed the coloring bug. Haven't done anything with the escaping.
