Feature request

If the file opened starts with javascript:, decode %escapes.  Remember that we 
started in this mode, 
and add a file-write-hook that re-escapes characters that are not legal in a 
URI.

If I'm in js2-mode already, and auto-converted the code to a bookmarklet  (via 
macro
or function), the syntax-highlighting goes crazy.
