jsdoc not being highlighted #63

Apparently reordering the highlighting messed up jsdoc highlighting.

It wasn't the reordering; it was the reintroduction of font-lock-fontify-buffer 
to
support font-locking minor modes (like column-marker).  The default fontifier 
was
re-fontifying our comments and strings.
