The default color theme is hard to read with a dark background.  The dark
blue in particularly is difficult to make out.

It appears that adding more class colors for dark backgrounds causes things to
default to a more readable set.

The patch does just that and provides the framework for anyone who wants to 
tweak
things.  Obviously there must have been a more direct solution but I do not see 
any
harm in this approach.

Actually this was fixed with the removal of some deffaces several commits ago.  
This
patch is thus only useful if future customization is desired.
