Remote access the board and see camera output as well as control the car from a laptop

okay - nevermind on the camera part, we're only using interfacing the car's motor and steering with donkeycar

issues we ran into: running teleop_twist_keyboard with the donkey_car low_level_control.py did not give the intended results, unexpected keys controlled the car
