iphone11 can't adjust the volume bar at the bottom #66

ok, will try to optimize for v3.1. I only have an iphone 7 to test and this cannot be tested in the simulator...

Implemented some fixes to take into account the devices without physical button (increased the margin at the bottom of the screen). will be part of v3.1. may require some adjustement as I cannot test on a physical device, only simulator
