Cannot Find "Event Message File" #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?

evtsys -h slog -d -l 0

What is the expected output? 

I am hoping it would log to the syslog server

What do you see instead? Seems to error out

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Current 
version downloaded today.  XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Not sure the cause there, I will have to investigate more to see where that 
happens
