DSSI plug-in cannot find factory presets until stand-alone version has been run #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start with fresh system (or remove amsynth config files in $HOME)
2. build & install amsynth
3. run DSSI host and load amsynth

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

DSSI host should see list of available presets.

Instead, none of the factory presets are shown.

After running the stand-alone version of amsynth, presets are available to the 
DSSI plug-in.
