osc detune range should be increased #45

Another neat option would be to make the "detune" dial stretch to a full 
octave. At the moment it only goes to a major 3rd, and many sounds include a 
major 5th.

An additional detune control has been added, which allows +/- 12 semitones of 
detune to be applied
