presets not visible after closing then re-opening plugin window under A3.3 #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add amsynth to an A3.3 MIDI track, note list of presets is visible when 
clicked on
2. Close and then re-open Amsynth plugin window
3. Preset list is now empty

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see the same list of plugins thats visible initially

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Amsynth 1.4.0 under KXStudio amd64 (Ubuntu 12.04.3 based)

Please provide any additional information below.

Is this still a problem with more recent versions of Ardour?

LV2 presets are scanned by the host, so if they are not appearing it is most 
likely a host-side issue.
