window name follows jack name

Hi again

Yesterday the patch for issue 63 
(http://code.google.com/p/amsynth/issues/detail?id=63) was merged into the main 
branch

Today i upgraded AMsynth and i'm playing around with the new '-n' cli option
Everything works just great, but now i have a new question for you :-S

Is it possible to show the Jack name (entered using the -n argument) in 
AMsynth's window title ?

eg "Amsynth: Lead : 8: Growl"  (where 'lead' is the jack name that was 
configured using the -n)

This would make it a lot easier for me to distinguish between the 4 amsynth 
instances i have running
