ESP32-EVB with 4MB #39

Hi,

I orderered the Olimex ESP32-EVB-EA and it's reporting 4 MB of flash.

I adjusted https://github.com/yoziru/esphome-zehnder-comfoair/blob/main/boards/esp32-evb.yml file locally and it seems to runs now.
