Not sure this bug belongs to Blyr. Multi Monitors add-on creates panels (topbars) that do not exist by default in gnome-shell, so there is no default way to address them.
One would have to create special code path to take Multi Monitors add-on panels in consideration, and I'm not sure which extension it belongs.
Unfortunately I currently don't see any solution to this problem that does not involve hard coding some references to the Multi Monitors add-on. As this might cause problems for the rest of the userbase I close this issue for now.
The blur only applies to the topbar on my main monitor, I use a plugin called Multi Monitors add-on
