Restorative potions implementation #5

Control & display implemented, need to create the item to be put in chests (@Oshawhaat), and then actually place it in said chests (@JaceRushing).

@Oshawhaat Did you make the giving of potions? I'm not seeing anything to actually give the potion to the player.
