Added a bulgarian translation #64

Thanks. I gave it a quick try. For example it renders to "Това произведение е лицензирано под Creative Commons “CC0 1.0 Универсален” лиценз.". Is this acceptable that a few words are still in Latin alphabet? I am just asking because in #59 this was made translatable as well.

:-) Thank you for your response. I had left the Creative Commons string as it is, because I was not sure how to translate it. Now that I have read your response and I looked at #59, I have added two new commits.

I can not read the script of the Marathi language (I believe it is Devanagari script, because I checked it in a Wikipedia article). What I understood from the discussion, is that they wrote Creative Commons using the Marathi language letters, without actually translating the words. The two commits I added today do the same - write Creative Commons with Bulgarian letters. The result is Криейтив Комънс - two words, which have no meaning in Bulgarian, but are written in Bulgarian letters.

The translators of the full license in Bulgarian have used the same approach. I guess that you don`t know how to read Bulgarian, but you can search for the string "Криейтив Комънс" on the web page of the license.

I have also found several discussions about translating the words Creative Commons in Bulgarian ... not just writing it with Bulgarian letters, but really translating it. Some of the suggestions are "Творчески общности" and "Съзидателно споделяне". I guess that no agreement had been achieved, because I find none of them anywhere on the Creative Commons website.

I have built the package and tested it and I hope that it will work fine anywhere else too :-)

All the best, Hristo

Good idea to check that. That increases the confidence in doing it this way. Because ideally this package should not invent stuff, but just make the upstream license easier to use.

I guess that you don`t know how to read Bulgarian

No, only German and English. The validation I can do on translations is limited. I basically just review the implementation details and hope that other people speaking the language will step in when needed :) Should be fine.

Did I do it correctly? I started learning LaTeX two days ago and this is the first package I contribute to, so I am not really confident in anything I do. But I think that I understand it ... I believe that \@namedef{doclicense@lang@lic@CC}{...} in the Bulgarian file actually overrides \@namedef{doclicense@lang@lic@CC}{Creative Commons}, which is line 125 in doclicense.sty. Is that true?

Respect than when you only started with LaTeX two days ago :+1: I tested it, looks good to me. Thanks. Merged. I schedule to make a release in about two weeks.

Is that true?

Yes.
