Use a different Google Translate URL for the translation engine #12

Hi, Thanks for creating this add-on. translate.google.com is not accessible in certain regions such as China. I would like to have a settings panel for this add-on in the NVDA settings panel with a combo box to allow the user to choose which URL to use. It can include: translate.google.com, translate.google.cn, translate.google.hk

The latest news, translate.google.cn has stopped serving in China. Can we use translate.googleapis.com like instant translation?
