Missing Contribution-ID in file transfer call flow #137

See OMA-TS-SIMPLE_IM-V1_0-20110513-C:  section 10.1 in step 2 refers to section 
7.1.1.2. On its turn section 7.1.1.2 refers in step 1 to section 7.1.1.1 which 
in step 11 mandates that the Contribution-ID is included.
