SIP MESSAGE delivered sent 2 times in terminating FToHTTP #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. A sends a FToHTTP to B
2. B receives FT invitation

What is the expected output?
B sends a SIP message delivered

What do you see instead?
B sends 2 times the SIP message delivered

SIP message already sent in chat session, remove the send delivery in FToHTTP 
session
