When unlinking RCS contacts in address book, they appear as "unknown" #219

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install RCS core
2. Let capabilities be discovered
3. Unlink contact in native address book
4. The unlinked contact appear with "unknown" name

We should see the phone number instead as an identifier.
