Have you installed an aria2 webgui and a http server?
By default, aria2 only have command line functions. You have to install a http
server (lighttpd for instance) and install the webgui on lighttpd share folder.
This webgui is the one indicated in aria2 site:
https://github.com/ziahamza/webui-aria2
Lighttpd is available on optware and entware.

Download webui, configure the script to use router IP:port, and launch
index.html. If you have the hdd configured (with "aria" folder) you don't need
anything else.
