USB drive goes to read only when upgrading from V1 to V3 #630

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upgrading firmware from 1.1.2.6-018 to 3.0.3.1.027

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ever thing should work just fine

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!
Every time when I try to upgrade to the V3 my USB disk goes to read only
In parallel and most likely due to that I can't install/use Entware

Please advise
