VPN Clients IP Pool checking is not quite correct #639

I've got lan IP of router 192.168.130.254.

The problem is script allows to use ip pool from 2 to 254. Also script doesn't 
check netmask.

I suggest to change user/www/n56u_ribbon_fixed/vpnsrv.asp with the file 
attached.
