Just curious. Do you have any custom iptables rules set up?

Ok, After trying it out from another computer situated in my school, I found
out that the the problem was my smartphone. I had been dialed in via VPN and
apparently my Android phone didn't successfully close the connection although
it didn't show up in the notification bar.
So the access is restricted alright. Thanks for your help!
@matthew
I had two port forwards setup: 10025(wan)->10025(lan),10026(wan)->10025(lan,PC
no. 2)
