Nice work guys. Great Firmware!

How can I force a client to use the routers DNS?
I use lets say OpenDNS on the router but I can still choose a different
DNS-Server on my machine.

Tnx.

Is this option not implemented?

Is it possible to add this feature?

Is there a different method I cam achieve this?

AFAIK you cant force a computer to use a dns without restricting the local
settings on the computer to a specific dns.

thanks for the answer!

yes you can force a client to use a routers DNS.
if the client does not use the routers DNS he will not gain access to the
internet. easy as that. ;)

For others looking with this issue. You can't force a client to use a specific
DNS but you can restrict access to other DNS servers by creating a LAN to WAN
filtering rule blocking all communication on port 53.

This will essentially force the client to use your router as it's DNS server.

Very nice. Thank you for the comment.

How do i set this blocking rule?

I blacklisted port 53 in the both port range fields and left the source and
destination IP empty.

But i still can connect to a specific dns server on my machine.
