Missing outcome:

Add warning message: Missing outcome is detected, assuming missing at random (MAR)
Outcome model: Q(A,W) = E(Y | W, A = a, delta = 1)
Exposure model: g(W) = P(A | W) P(delta | A, W)

All covariate information is used to estimate propensity scores, with missing at random (MAR) assumption.
