Mute Icon flashes incessantly on feed #278

Sound mute icon flashing on the video feed continuously. This can be distracting for users who'd want to watch the videos with no volume.

Both sub-tasks have been validated. Displaying the mute icon for 6 secs - enough to see the icon flashing and then proceed with an uninterrupted experience. Sound preference is working fine as well.

Highlighted a feed issue to @prakash-bhatt-rs - can be looked into separately
