French translation #19

Hi,

This is the French translation for this plugin. Please note that I used a free tool (https://localise.biz/free/poeditor) to generate and translate the template. The 2 new files should be reviewed/sanitized before merge to make sure they fit on the plugin requirements.

Do not hesitate to ask if something is missing or wrong.

BTW, if you want to translate the readme.txt on wordpress.org, you can create an account on it (if you haven't) then update the translation here (basically you just need to import the .po/.mo file into the system). Then I can request a translation authority for you and you can update the translation for this plug-in on wordpress.org in the future. That's a kind of complex so you can just keep working on github if you want.
