loginNameCaseInsensitive is not yet considered in the security factory. #127

The loginNameCaseInsensitive setting of the system plug-in is not yet 
considered in the security factory. Depending on this setting the security 
factory should accept the login name irrespective of its notation. Currently 
the login name is checked case sensitively only.
